This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 18winrm ("Platform", "we", "us"). These terms govern all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 18winrm.

• Free spins obtained through promotions have a set betting value and maximum wins limit.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time period; expired bonuses cannot be recovered.

• Money laundering using the 18winrm platform.
• Software bug exploitation or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple account ownership with the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using another person's account even with the account owner's permission.

Closed by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting 18winrm's support team. Any remaining balance will be returned after identity verification, minus any bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.

Suspended by 18winrm: We reserve the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice if:

• There is a violation of any terms in this document.
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Your registration details were found to be inaccurate or false.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

18winrm provides its platform "as is". We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or service disruptions.

• 18winrm is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Game results are final and we are not liable for any losses arising from normal game outcomes.
• Players are fully responsible for their actions and all bets placed using their account.

• Players can set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through account settings.
• Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or permanent.
